All content on TouchEstate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements, is the property of TouchEstate or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission • Frame or mirror any part of our platform without authorization User-generated content (property listings, reviews, comments) remains your property, but you grant TouchEstate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

TouchEstate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TouchEstate shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities • Damages resulting from user errors, unauthorized access, or third-party actions • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of property listings or user content • Actions or omissions of property owners, agents, or other users Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to TouchEstate in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of property information. Users are encouraged to independently verify all property details before making any decisions or transactions.
